ABC specializes in aluminum extrusion in Southern California.

ABC has two extrusion presses:

• 6” in diameter and 1250 tons of press force
• 8” in diameter and 1800 tons of press force

By utilizing both extrusion presses, we have a capacity of 800 metric tons of production per month.

We have state of the art equipment, which allows us to run a hands-free process all the way through. That means that the products are not touched by human hands until the packing procedure.

To extrude our profiles, we only use First Fusion Billets as a raw material.
Our raw material is imported from the International Market, assuring only the highest quality finished product.

We use 240” length billet to obtain maximum productivity and recoveries at the time of production.
